Tilia Homes has received two highly regarded independent customer satisfaction accolades from the Homes Builders Federation & In-House Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The National New Homes Survey has been running continuously since 2006 and is operated by NHBC. NHBC send out surveys to all new homeowners at both 8 weeks and 9 months after they’ve moved in to learn about their home experience.
We encourage you to share your feedback in both these surveys. The surveys are available in many different languages and formats, should you require them.
The annual HBF Star Award uses the results from this customer survey to determine the star rating given to each builder. The survey is one of the most comprehensive large scale surveys of its type carried out in the UK.
The In-House survey is a wholly independent customer satisfaction award which is based purely on customer feedback. The Gold Award was received after 92% of buyers said they would recommend Tilia Homes.
