Tilia Homes Western has announced its eagerly-awaited Cashmere Park development, in South Molton, is now open.

The 129-home development, which will feature a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, boasts green open space, as well as a 20 per cent affordable housing provision including shared equity tenures, to suit buyers at every stage of the property ladder.
