Our Key Worker Discount gives a little back and helps to mitigate some of the financial outlay of buying a house that could be put towards moving costs or furnishing a brand new home.

Here’s an example of how it could help you:

On a £250,000 home you could get a £5,000 discount.

£250,000 divided by £25,000 = 10

10 x £500 discount = £5,000

Property purchase price with discount = £245,000

Our teams will be able to tell you the different criteria you need to meet to be eligible for Key Worker Discount. You must be employed by one of the government bodies listed at the time of buying your new home and be able to provide 3 months’ worth of pay slips that clearly state that you work in one of these services.

Reserve your new home

Once you’ve qualified for Keyworker Offer and have a mortgage agreed, the purchase of your new Tilia home can proceed and you can pay the standard reservation fee.
