Throughit, you can buy 60% of your home now, and pay a low rent on the rest or buy the remainder of the homeat a later date.

Unlike other similar schemes, there are fewer eligibility criteria making it more accessible to morepeople.

With a smaller deposit and low monthly rental payments, shared ownership is a more affordable way toget onto the property ladder.

Browse our website to find a development in the location you’d like to live. Choose a home that best suits your requirements and get in touch with the sales team to make an appointment. Tell them you’re interested in our Home Stepper powered by Sage Homes initiative and shared ownership homes. You must have a 5% deposit to purchase any shares in the home, with low rent of 2.75% on the remaining share you do not own yet.

Speak to a mortgage advisor
