Tilia Homes awarded prestigious RoSPA President’s Award recognising commitment to health and safety

Tilia Homes has been awarded the prestigious RoSPA President’s Award in recognition of receiving its coveted gold award for the 10th consecutive year.

Tilia Homes has been recognised for its unwavering commitment to prioritising the health and safety of its people as demonstrated in its impressive Accident Incidence Rate (AIR), which was 75% lower than the Health and Safety Executive’s industry benchmark.

The internationally recognised awards, run by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), reward organisations that are the trailblazers and world leaders in health and safety practice and the promotion of wellbeing in the workplace.

The competitive awards judge the best entries from 28 industry sectors across construction, healthcare, engineering, and education.

Tilia Homes has, this month, recorded its 12th month without a single RIDDOR injury and completing an accident-free period of more than three-million-man hours worked
