Driffield: A town that is growing and five reasons to buy at Sycamore Park
Driffield, otherwise known as Great Driffield is a popular market town in the Northeast of England with a diverse range of amenities and sights within a close-knit community.
Situated in Yorkshire, Driffield has a certain appeal that led to it becoming top of the list for best places to live in the north of England in 2019 according to the Sunday Times. Three years later, the town is still bustling with energy, and is now home to Tilia’s Sycamore Park development.

There are also good transport links to other towns in Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire via the A614 for family days out.

Driffield interacts with its residents through traditions and showcases such as the annual scrambling where children walk through the main street shouting in rhymes to shop owners for free sweets and money.
